Hello ChickenMan, thank you for reaching out. You were indeed reported for your language in the Officers voice-chat. This would not have been enough for a permanent ban, however after reviewing the logs I’ve come to the conclusion that you are notorious for extremely toxic behavior in the text chat. Therefor, you will not be unbanned as you’ve already guessed correctly.

If you want to share footage of someone else’s behaviour, feel free to do so. I hope you understand that we can’t go around banning people based on your assumptions and without proof. If you don’t have footage, there’s nothing we can do.

Hello, you were banned by me. I don’t typically go for an instant permanent ban which means you must’ve been pretty bold. However, there are no logs available from this particular incident and due to me being in a match at the time I haven’t saved the exact circumstances and reason of the ban in your file. Giving you the benefit of the doubt and considering you have been banned for three months I will lift your ban – but I’m also adding a warning: in any case of racism or excessive toxic behavior you will again be permanently banned without warning. The reason for us being so strict when it comes to racism and toxic behavior is that it simply creates an unsafe environment for our members and other players on our servers. Therefor we have a zero tolerance policy, which I hope you understand.
