Explanation to what happened: our commander “SHALDANSHIMPANZE” was trolling from the beginning of the game, starting off by using our supply truck to drive himself alone to the frontline, dropping supplies only after having crashed the truck. he then tried to do this again by spawning another truck, luckily I was just trying to get my hands on a supply truck myself, so I saw him. I initiated communications by using voice chat, which he ignored. seeing no other option I fired at him, killing him in the process. he then proceeded to revenge kill me a couple times. the entire time he refused to drop supplies or do any of the other commander duties, and by some luck he managed to convince a bunch of other people that in fact I was the one targeting him for no reason. this caused some heated arguments to pop up in chat, which I took part in. I want to apologize for my team kills and heated chat behavior, I should’ve called an admin from the start and not team kill and complain in chat.

Hello, Tilo. Yes indeed, that is exactly what you should do. If you feel that anyone is breaking the rules, simply report him on our Discord. Taking the action in your hands might always result in a BAN.

In this case, cant really say if you are telling the truth as there is no evidence. Even if it was truth though, your behavior was way out of line. Because you have no previous record of misconduct on our servers, I will accept your appeal. Your BAN is lifted now.

Keep in mind, that you will remain flagged and breaking the rules in future will lead to permanent BAN with no appeal possible.
