Reason for ban: Bad chat conduct and racism (28th April 2025, 18:00)

Hi,I’m writing this message to follow up on my ban appeal. First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior. I now understand that I was banned for inappropriate language and racism in the chat. To be honest, I don’t remember exactly what I said, but I do remember that I was very angry and let my frustration take over, which is no excuse, but it is the truth. I take full responsibility for what happened, and I deeply regret that my words may have offended others or created a toxic atmosphere. That’s not the kind of player I want to be, and I understand now that my behavior was unacceptable. I’m not here to make excuses — I just want to say that this has been a wake-up call for me, and I’m committed to changing my behavior if I get another chance. I enjoy playing on your servers and being part of the community, and I hope I can be given the opportunity to prove that I can respect the rules going forward.

Hello, you were banned by me. I don’t typically go for an instant permanent ban which means you must’ve been pretty bold. However, there are no logs available from this particular incident and due to me being in a match at the time I haven’t saved the exact circumstances and reason of the ban in your file. Giving you the benefit of the doubt and considering you have been banned for three months I will lift your ban – but I’m also adding a warning: in any case of racism or excessive toxic behavior you will again be permanently banned without warning. The reason for us being so strict when it comes to racism and toxic behavior is that it simply creates an unsafe environment for our members and other players on our servers. Therefor we have a zero tolerance policy, which I hope you understand.
