Quality of Life Patch #2 is out now – containing a number of key changes/improvements which you can read all about in the patch notes below.

Quality of Life Patch #2 – Changelog

Animation

  • Improved standing player collisions with prone players

  • Reranged M60 to fixing missing front sight post 

  • MP5SD3 tweaked empty reload “slap” animation

  • M203 and GP-25 New 1P Reload Grenade Launcher Animations

UI

  • Minor opacity boost for overhead map radio icons 

  • Command table and squad spawn building denial messages: water and spawn protection denial takes precedence

  • Fixed objective bounds being inaccurate if they have concave shapes 

  • Fixed issue where scoreboard can cause the entire HUD to vanish and stay gone until next spawn 

  • Vehicle Driver HUD now displays appropriate speedometer based on the vehicle that you’re driving 

  • Speedometer UI no longer shows the speed as a digital value, the analogue needle is intended to handle that 

  • Squad Leaders can see other Squad Leaders’ strike target markers 

Gameplay

  • Grenade launcher arming distance improvements for improved consistency 

  • If a team hits 0 tickets, spawn protection becomes disabled for that team 

Code

  • Made server name in connection screen wrap so it doesn’t fly off screen 

  • Increased number of characters allowed in server name before cutoff 

Vehicles

  • Implemented physics impact damage 

Art

  • Soviet Infantry Uniforms – additional improved dirt and wear masks 

  • Fixed material errors and warnings for skin shader 

Audio

  • Fixed missing bullet suppression effects, whizz-bys and cracks

Level Art

Fl-Fjord 

  • Fixed physical material on various vehicles to generate the right audio / decals 

  • Fixed Pixelated overbright lights in Bunker cave 

Fl-Woodpecker 

  • Fixed overbright rug props 

  • Fixed overbright can props 

  • Fixed ‘non-lean-over-able’ wall in Woodpecker Sawmill 

Fulda Gap General 

  • Fixed disappearing boots in Border Village 

Level Design

As-Fjord Pact 

  • Small tweaks to Fuel Depot No Fire Volume 

As-Fuldagap Nato 

  • Fixed incorrect displaying out of bounds for the map by moving the no fire zones closer to the edge of the map 

  • Added missing static radios to the bases for all Fulda maps 

As-Woodpecker Nato 

  • Added additional foliage for line of sight blockers in the area

As-Woodpecker Pact 

  • OOB changes near by the tank lane in Woodpecker

  • Blocked players being able to enter OOB, adjusted all volumes on all variants of Woodpecker

Fl-Fjord 

  • Fixed spawn issues for vehicles and players on FL-Fjord after changes made on FL-Fjord assault maps 

Fl-Fuldagap 

  • Static radios moved away from ammo crates so that OH map icons do not overlap 

Fl-Woodpecker 

  • Rock collision pass – The rocks in Woodpecker are set to a uniform value meaning all scaled axis values are set the same

  • Blocked players being able to enter OOB, adjusted all volumes on all variants of Woodpecker

Shooting Range 

  • Shooting Range – All projectiles from both Nato & Pact variants will cause the target asset to be destroyed upon a single hit

  • Additional trees have been added to maintain a clear tree line but also opened up behind the back of trees to provide a path from the opposite direction of the shooting range
