Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. Since this wasn’t the first time you have been reported for teamkilling on our servers you received a permanent ban. Repeatingly putting air support on your team mates which are in cqc with the enemy is gamespoiling for other players and we do not tolerate this kind of behaviour. According to your wish to be unbanned I will shorten your timeout from our servers to a 7 day ban. Nevertheless, I strongly advise against repeating these acts since your next exclusion won’t be discussable.
