  As PBS-members we are responsible to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere in all our servers. Sometimes you will come across players that will violate our rules and provoke us to intervene so we can ensure to keep up the high standards the PBS servers have.
  
  Always remember the following: “The attitude and honor that a member has must extend beyond the game itself. Our members are expected to refrain from using harsh profanity and abusive language.. It is unprofessional conduct, demonstrating a tendency towards improper emotional outbursts, and is incompatible with our principles. Remember that the reason why we play games in the first place is to have fun, whether it be in pitched competition or the everyday pickup game. Remember to enjoy yourself and be an awesome buddy.”
  
  So how to deal with players that are violating our rules and you have no admin on the server that plays with you in this particular moment?
  
  What you should do at first is to find out the problem what is happening and which player(s) is/are the root of the problem.
  - give them a warn or try to calm down these players (your PBS- and PBSr-tags are more impressive than you might think 😉 )
  - if they keep on violating the rules after your intervention, report the player on our discord in the cheater_misconduct section with the players name, which server, what is going on and always try to add a screenshot of the incident (F12 is standard to take a screenshot in steam). Add @full-admin and @lte-admin to your post and an admin will deal with the problem asap
  - never insult or provoke other players – remember that you are in the spotlight as a member of this clan on our servers and you will do more harm and chaos with unprofessional behaviour than you help to fix the problem of toxicity/teamkilling/racism/political discussions. Its a game and everyone who plays it should have a good time

  Cheers for the post mate! Of course, you can outtoxicize(thatâ€™s not a word but you get what iâ€™m saying) a toxic player but itâ€™s not a really good strategy so everyone should follow your guide on how to deal with this type of players

  agreed treat those kind players as you would treat those annoying vegan co-workers, with the right amount of passive aggression mixed with witty remarks and if they keep it up followed by a swift 2 day cooling ban.

  sometimes one person can piss off the whole team not only by playing loud music in a public chat, but also by shouting his strange calls, so I’m grateful that tripwire thought about silencing players by the volume icon, sorry that new players do not know about this and because of their initial the experience is negative
  
  one can also add, let’s always try to cheer up the losing team (your team), even when the situation is hopeless, it’s better to play like that than shouting into the microphone how hopeless we are ^ _ ^

  The support from yourself is very helpful. Not a single time i saw a hilarious comeback after a speech from squad leader. No one can do it better than yoU!
