in swedish army they invent some pills with blueberry concentrate. its was called night owl, nattuggla! to increase night vision. i think it was in the 70s 80s.
but its works here som info! Blueberries also contain anthocyanins/anthocyanins, which give the berries antioxidant properties and protect the eye’s cells against oxidative stress, which helps the eye’s light-sensitive cells in the retina.
