So this MF called Terus428 started to shoot at me (radioman) and the commander and another random guy.

I mean, not just once, but every single time he met us.

So i started to respond fire and gun him down anytime he was trying to come closer to us, while commander continued to use my radio.

At some point he took the machinegunner role and started to spray all over us.

So i tired to contact and !Admin, but DAMN, no one came for us.

So I respawned behind him and started to beat the s**t out of  him with a thompson.

At the end of the damn match he had -100 paoints and i had +24 more or less.

Then he gone away free

AND YOU BANNED ME ?! How the hell things works in Rising Storm 2 ?

I need yo to un-ban me from your server, and if possible to ban HIM !

Hi Adrian, thank you for reaching out to us, i was the admin who banned you. An admin reported ‘terus428’ for teamkilling, but he wasnt alone on that one. Intentional teamkilling is not tolerated under no circumstances, and everywhere on our Servers it is advertised, to consult admins on our Discord, if you encounter any problems. I saw complaints about you and teamkilling as well, so i decided to consult another admin and we agreed, to give both of you an timeout for 7 Days, instead of an permaban. Btw, your chat behaviour in the last 3 Months wasnt as good as well, so take the 7 Days, think about your behaviour please, and if you encounter any problems with teammates, you can call out on us admins every time on our PBS Discord: https://discord.gg/NUgbMFrh . And WHAT ?!

So i’m taking 7 days for defending myself and my commander from a teamkiller ?

He was the one started, he continued too, i started to kill him after many times he was firing at both me and commander.

I already paid the kills with experience points and additional TK respawn time. What did I have to do, getting killed and thanking him too ?

No admin answered commander (Nickname: Hartstok) warnings on chat, neither my request to kick him. I saw no admins in chat, so i fired back at him.

Easy there man, as i told you before, the only way to reach out to admins is via the Forums or our Discord – because PBS made a bad experience by leaving Vote-Kick enabled and so on. With !admins you will not alert us. Unfortunate for you 2 admins (i was one) saw you teamkilling as well, and point for you for admitting it, because a ot of fellas wouldnt admit it. But – and thats a big ‘But’, we do not tolerate intentional teamkilling. It can happen once or twice – we totally agree, but not in that timespan, and that focused on one person. And if you wouldnt lost your temper and just decided to reach out to instead of behaving like an immature, you wouldnt had to face any consequences. Even the game tells you, that teamkilling is bad, by taking 10 xp and giving you additional 15 secs spawn timer. If you dont understand those mechanics and the reason behind it, i’ll feel sorry for you. But again, we do not tolerate teamkilling under no circumstances. PBS members will be treated like random people on our servers when it comes to server rules, especially teamkilling. And since it wasnt just one or two times in your case, we had to add up the timeout for you, because if we didnt knew in the first place your intentions, we would’ve perma-banned you. And since its not only the teamkilling, but your behaviour and your chat conduct as well, it is the lowest consequences I am willing to declare on to you. So just take it like a real men, wait those 7 Days and behave better in the future, besides those 7 days there will be no consequences (flags or else) for you. Everyone makes mistakes, and the most intelligent way out would just step back from the game and let admins deal with that. Post it in #cheater misconduct on our server or even reach out to me in private, we’re always willing to help you and keep your gaming experience high. Don’t play the “be a grown up adult mand and accept it silently” with me.

That teamkiller kept shooting at us for a solid 10 minutes. There was NO kick vote. There was NO automatic kick after 4 unforgiven teamkilling. and there was NO admin here for the entire match.

He killed me 15 times at least. He killed our commander 5 or 6 times. And another guy, whose name I don’t remember, 2 or 3 times.

He literally came straight to us to shoot every time he respawned.

The only way to avoid this was to LEAVE your server, because you did nothin to prevent this incident.

So I should be a man and accept it ? NOT GONNA HAPPEN. YOU should be a ADMIN and admit that the server was  neglected and had NOTHING to prevent that massive teamkilling to happen.

I was forced to kill him, because i had no other way to play. If I  just ignored him, he would just follow us and teamkill every 15-20 seconds. He did it. My friend Hartstok can confirm it, he was the commander. I was defending him and me while calling supports.

I’m not taking 7 days quietly, because i am not the one who started it “for fun”, and i had no other choice except stop him or abandoning your server.

I’m asking you all to give back my right to play in that forum, and DAMN, please, do something about the teamkilling when no Admin is around !

Oh Boy, here we go again. I’m not playing the *behave like a grown man* card on you, you are just behaving like a little defiant/angry immature. There is no auto Kick and there is no Vote kick and it will never be there. And !admins will not work as well. And a last time, just for you: !INTENTIONAL TEAMKILLING IS NOT TOLERATED! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!. Do you get that finally in your head? Btw, the only way is not to leave the server, the only right way out of that misery is to report people like him on our Discord. And you were not forced to kill him, it was an choice you made on your own. You couldve reported him, kept on playing and ignoring him, but no, *Mr. IHadNoChoice* decided to start teamkilling as well. So take your 7 Days here, and keep on playing afterwards, but the ban will stay till the 11th of august 2000 cest.

I was the victim of a teamkiller, before, and i am now a victim of two incompetent admins who failed with their rule to guarantee a fair play.

I defended myself because your server is poorly administrated, and now you want to punish me for your errors.

You just admitted your server have no counter-measures if someone wants to riun the game of other players. “the only right way out of that misery is to report people like him on our Discord”

SURE, 10 minutes lost for something you could fix in 5 seconds. You are doing  a very bad work here, and you want me to pay the price.

Not an apologize, not a solution. Just the repetitive ranting of how terrible teamkill is and how unforgivable was  my try to DO YOUR JOB and stop him.

YOU and the other admin should take the ban from the server, NOT ME.

Hi Adrian, as Blackwolf explained to you, you were banned for team killing. We at PBS have the rule, as the messages on our server show, that you should please take a screenshot and post it on our discord in the channel: Cheaters Misconduct with the @admins. Then you will get a response in a short time and it will be taken care of. We are Still Humans and can’t get and eye on a Server 24/7.
Next Time if you dont want to waste 10 Minutes, just Press F12 (Standard key for Screenshots in Steam) and post it like I and the Other Admin mentioned it.
The kickvotes tend to get abused, and that’s why we have disabled them on OUR server. If you don’t like it, I’m sorry but that’s not my problem.

The fact that you then actively team kill by yourself shows gamespoiling behavior and encourages others to do the same.
Also, you have a pretty toxic chat history where you pretty much constantly insult someone or wish them dead. We don’t want that either. Furthermore, you still show little insight in communication and continue to insult wildly around you.

Long Story Short: Your behavior is unacceptable in our eyes and therefore the ban remains in place as long as you do not apologize or show understanding.

And if you don’t want to apologise, I recommend that you let the whole thing rest and sit out the week in peace and don’t risk a permanent ban.
