What do you think on having training for some public players?  It gives the PBSR recruitees, the opportunity to learn the basics of HLL and even some public too who may want to join?  Just a thought, take it or leave it 🙂

Good thought. We have within our community peeps taking SL all the time to get in reach with some players. But we can think about an Event or an open- Training were PBS-peeps take part in the whole chain of command. Thanx bud!

At moment we sometimes have a shortage on the warteam where recruits are very much welcome.

I would say, pls show up on these days or maybe peeps can come in on fightnight and get into a veteran squad.

I think we should start first on a smaller scale with our recruits, I have noticed in practice days that the reserves that do not join a team normally end up on their own, I think within the war team we should have an academy team that helps in teaching recruits and with integration with the clan.

For the past 2 months, Squad 5 Squad Leaders have been splitting the team in two to accommodate the recruits and help them learn more about the game starting with defence.

I suggest that Squad 5 becomes sort of a PBS Academy for the recruits, from which new Squads can be formed.

VietSam, Reign, Elco, Fissan and myself are willing to continue to help and teach the recruits.

I like this idea, it could help with cohesion building wihin the recruits as well.

Just food for thought but how would you plan to organize it if it is public training?
