Anybody knows the Supplies effective range in meters ( both airdropped and built – if there is a difference ) ?

I don’t think there’s a difference. I read that it’s 50m, I haven’t tested it myself. According to what I read, it’s technically possible to build two garrisons from one set of supplies, though in practice I imagine it’s a bit fiddly to do

50m indeed, building 2 garrisons with 1 set of supplies is not possible, because the minimal distance is 100 between garrisons and the garrison must be build “within” 50m so the second garrison cant be build in that same grid. because of the width of the garrison itself (lets say approx 1.5M)

the maximum distance between 2 garrisons on 1 set of supply’s can therefore be approx 97m

Actually tested this today. You can absolutely build 2 Garissons from same Supplies, quite easily to be honest.

Range of supplies is 50 meters.
Minimal distance of Garrisons need to be 100 meters.

But, what many people dont realize is that Supplies range is calculated from players character – not from the object being build.
You can place objects couple meters away from you.

Therefore just simply mark the dropped supplies with any of your SL marks so you can run proper distance from it (50m) and than just by standing at the edge of the virtual circle (50m circle around the Supplies) you place the Garrison while facing away from the supplies.

To further confirm this fact.

As i previously tested it on large uneven hill (map Hill 400) i just tested it on flat field (map Saint Marie du Mont). And even came up with exact numbers.
– Distance between 2 garrisons which are build from same supplies can be maximum of 108 meters.
– So you have wiggle room of about 8 meters. 😉
