  I really think u should increase your FF limit. Its been months and still perfectly legit commanders (like myself) are getting kicked. Just played a round and had 1 TK and got kicked after the team dmg stack. It ridiculous. You cannot completely avoid team damage in this game, certainly not as a commander it just doesnt happen. I did mention this on forums months ago but you really need to do something about it. It kills the game.
