This is how you recruit in BF1

 

First Step:

Interact with the player in the server : establish a friendly comeradery and add him to  your origin, Establish a bond with frequent players..

Second Step:

Search for the potential recruit in Origin:

 

Request to add the person to your friendslist, after all its much more easy to chat with him then in a server 🙂

3rd Step

Once has accepted you, you can start talking to him , basicaly you can say this , ofc feel free to adapt:

• Hi man i am a recruiteer for the PBS GAMETEAM at http://www.pbsgameteam.com
• I played with you and like to ask you if you want to join our team?
• Also how old are you? (minimum 18 years old)

If he agrees and is 18+, tell the recruit this:

• To join us, please register at http://www.pbsgameteam.com and click on the “join-us” button. Read that page and it will lead you to our forum, where you can introduce yourself.
• Once you have done that i will reply with the needed links

 

When he has done his intro, you can reply with this (just copy/paste):

GREAT HAVING YOU ADRIAN! 

• Apply to our platoon and use our emblem and tags !
• There is a 14 day trial , to get to know eachother and then we will decide together if you want to be full member. At this time you will be a Private/recruit on discord and in the platoon.
• Add me on origin: powerbits01

• SEE YOU ON THE BATTLEFIELD AND VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE JOIN US ALWAYS ON DISCORD  AND VISIT OUR WEBSITE REGULARY FOR ACTIVITY AROUND PBS.
