Ban Appeal
Dear PBS Staff Team,
I am writing to appeal my permanent ban, which I received today, on 31/10/2026.
After asking about the reason for my ban on Discord, I was shown a screenshot of something I had said in the server on 09/09/2026. I want to be clear that I do acknowledge that what I said back then was inappropriate, and I take responsibility for that. However, to the best of my knowledge, I have not made similar comments since then.
What I find confusing is why this resulted in a permanent ban almost two months later, especially considering that I had not received any further warnings or complaints regarding that particular incident.
During my discussion with a moderator, I was told that I had previously been banned, had received a warning less than a week ago, and that my logs supposedly showed a consistent pattern of insulting people, teamkilling, and causing trouble.
I would like to clarify a few things regarding this:
1. Previous bans
As far as I am aware, I have never previously been banned from your servers. If there is a record of a previous ban, I would appreciate some clarification about it.
2. The recent warning
I did receive a warning on 27/10/2026 regarding teamkilling and friendly equipment being stolen. I understood that warning and took it seriously.
Since then, I have not intentionally teamkilled anyone, with the exception of yesterday evening while playing with Klaplong and a few friends. We were all together in Discord, having a laugh, and the situation was mutual. Nobody reported it, and there was no intention to cause trouble or ruin anyone else’s experience.
3. My behaviour towards other players
I understand that my way of playing and joking around might sometimes come across the wrong way. I enjoy messing around, pushing people’s buttons a little, and having a laugh with friends and people I know.
However, I have never intended to make other players feel genuinely uncomfortable or ruin their experience. If my behaviour has been interpreted that way, I apologise. I would also appreciate being made aware of specific incidents where my behaviour has been a problem, as I cannot address issues that I am not aware of.
4. The reasoning behind the permanent ban
From what I have been told, it seems that my entire history and previous behaviour were taken into consideration when making this decision. I understand that moderators have to look at the bigger picture, and I respect that they have a responsibility
