Hello! My name is Freya, I’d like you to refer to me by name. I was playing a lot on your Rising Storm 2: Vietnam servers and I believe I’ve been unjustly or even accidentally banned. Around October I was playing on one of your servers when suddenly my game crashed. I don’t know what happened, why it crashed or anything, but when i came back i was treated to a very (not) pleasant “We Know.” which led me to assume Automod banned me. It told me to wait until the end of November and i did exactly that, assuming that it was just a silly error and I would get to play on your servers yet again, and now i’m treated with a message telling me I’ve been banned for a whole year.

I will do almost anything i can do to get unbanned, and if there’s anything you require i would be very happy to provide it, considering that a lot of servers don’t have the same friendly community and I tend to get called a lot of rather unfriendly things because of my gender.
