      Hello fellow PBS’ers,

I’m struggling a little with my mouse settings. Some folks say ‘use low DPI and ingame settings’ others advise the opposite. I’m trying to improve my aim, but not very successful. I was wondering if you guys have any tips or suggestions. I’m currently using 2000DPI with 11% ingame with my MadCatz R.A.T. Pro X and Razer Sphex mousepad.

      Any help is much appreciated.

Personaly i never go that high..i know some guys who switch on the mouse between low dpi when sniping, say 400 dpi and goto 800 on the rest…

      Wat do you guys do?

I use a DPI of 1600 for all my classes. But it depends per person what you prefer, so best is to just try different settings both DPI and ingame settings till you find your sweetspot.

i have 3200 dpi lol, but in game mouse sensetivity very low. if u want to improve your aim go in the test server shoot those targets or flying barrels, practice controliing recoil, etc. but i think you should just mess around with the settings until u find something youre comfortable with.

oh and my FOV is 90, dont know if thats usefull

I used to have 10000 dps with 0 in game but now im using 650 dps with 12 in game. Just feels more exact.

I always set it up the same in all games i play. Maximum movement left to right should be exactly 180 degrees. Thats what im comfortable with.

I put my DPI to 800 and ingame mouse sensitivity to 12. I can see some improvement in aiming, but i need to tweak it more. thanks for all your advise so far. please keep it comming.
