I’ve mentioned this to a few people already but thought it was worth a post.

Press esc and in the game settings, scroll to advanced options at the bottom.  There you can change the hit markers to different colours compared to the plain white.  This allows you to clearly see the hits to help track targets, and to clearly show if a headshot was made.

The kill marker allows you to know when to change targets quickly, saving bullets.

Finally you can change the colour of the crosshair to make it stand out for easy targeting.  The ideal colour is pink, as there are no other pink objects in the game.

Hit markers – 100% green.

Head shots – 100% red, 10% blue (pink – more blue % for a purple marker).

Kill marker – 100% red.

Cross hairs – 100% red, 10% blue creates pink.  Some might prefer 100% red as its clear but not as loud.
