  As the title says I donated to PBS as I always use the server but I haven’t received VIP queue skip.
  
  I’ll upload a picture of the donation I’ve sent, any chance someone could help me, cheers.

  Yea, you donated today – first of all – thank you for supporting our servers – but the setup for an VIP Slot is not automated – we have to set it up manually. If you would be so nice to send us your Steam/Epic games nickname and maybe even the steam profile ID in this post – so the Admins can give you an VIP Slot? And please let us know for which game you want that VIP slot – i assume it is Hell let loose?
