  I want to report PBS RYEBACK for abusing him power as admin. He removed me from my team because he claimed that I pushed the next point before 70 players. I was in blue zone territory and did not push south until 71 players. This is the second time that this admin has abused he power to ‘punish’ me. Who ensures that the admins do their job properly? or are they allowed to randomly discriminate?

  Thanx for reaching out m8! I respond because I don’t accept your interpretation of the word “abuse”. We have indeed our seeding rules. Goal is to start a skirmish to fill the server up. If we reach the treshold of 70 peeps it is important that the server still needs to be balanced. A servers does not fill if it is a 1-4 situation. So we ask in general to hold back a bit first and not for example precap already the 4 th objective. Normally we expect from the peeps to comply. If nevertheless the seeding-process is going south due to too offensive game-play we warn in chat. If we have the feel peeps don’t respond or ignore our request(s), we act. We want to enjoy also our time on our servers and to avoid any kind of sanctions.

  I think you are misunderstanding my point. I wasnâ€™t pushing the next point, I wasnâ€™t acting outside of the server rules and I wasnâ€™t warned.
  
  this particular admin abused his power and this is the second time he has done this to me.
  
  im asking, who ensures that your admins do their job fairly? Because this individual, despite what he may say, doesnâ€™t operate in a way which makes your server the place you clearly want it to be.
  
  I want to clarify, I have not had any issues with other members of the PBS organisation. I left the game in question and went on to have a great time in another PBS server.

  To be very short. He did once act on a TK and this morning he switched sides indeed. Of course there are always different views on things that happened. If this is not for you acceptable then it is totally up to you. We as a whole Admin-team do not doubt our colleague.

There are two sides to the story and on both occasions now RYEBACK has chosen to lie, whereas I was more than happy to accept my responsibility even to admit the TK (and explain the circumstances).
  
  I’m complaining in an effort to improve the gaming experience, not just for me, but for anyone who feels unjustly affected by indiscriminate banning, removal and unfair behaviour. A blanket refusal to acknowledge even the possibility that you as an admin team could improve the current standards is a poor response. I’ve not asked for a witch-hunt, just talk to the guy and ask him to exercise some restraint in the execution of his powers as an admin. Isn’t that a reasonable request?
  
  In future I will ensure that I keep as far away from the Red Zone as physically possible before there are 80 players, allowing no margin for error or misinterpretation.

    First of all……My response was “Thanx for reaching out” Because of the severness of the case I stepped in. Had a word with my fellow Admin before responding on this accusation without any proof and that is the bottomline…….we do act if this really was the case. Like I wrote…..This is about a different view on what happened. If you then “suggest” to doubt the judgement of my fellow Admin without any solid arguments I just write you where we as Admin-team stand. In any other case we indeed hope also peeps reach out to us to reason things and get to a solution for a specific issue. Like I wrote about the seeding procedure…….it is not about just a individual but the effect his or her action(s) could have on the outcome. Based on that we act. See you out there!

  Despite not being able to prove my complaint, I willingly accept to change my approach to avoid confusion in the future – even though I wholehearted disagree with the claims made by your fellow admin.
  
  I can see there will be no reciprocity of this good will on my behalf.

  “The Admin is alright right eh?”……..No! We always reason in case if someone is called out for severe misconduct.
  
  I do hope you will be part in future of an Admin-team in EXD and experience for yourself that not everyone agrees with your judgement during the daily practice.

  That may be the case in your organisation, but no one is infallible. I tried to use your own system to highlight an issue and have been met with an uncompromising response. I can’t influence the fact that you have closed ranks on this matter, but I’ve had my say and I’m content that there has at the very least been some discord on this matter.
  
  You guys can do whatever you want, I understand that.
