  Hey 🙂 Iâ€™ve been banned for like a year, maybe 2 by now because of racism (very sorry about that).
  
  I was wondering if after all this time I could please get unbanned as your servers are te best and most popular.

  thank you for reaching out to us and your apology. I’ll lift your ban but please keep in mind that we don’t tolerate any kind of racism on our servers under all circumstances and if there will be another violation of our rules the permanent ban won’t be discussable.
