Definitely get a Ryzen. You save so much money and they have more threads you can use for virtual machines!

Yes, Ryzen 7 2700X is a lot value for that money. Cause Now the “new” generation is on high demand. You’ll be future proof for a while with this one. I never get above 60Cร‚ยฐ on full load(not overclocked).

My general temperatures of my components barely hit above 62Cร‚ยฐ.

I know you already have intel so you’ll need to change your mb too…

3900x if you wanna pay around that money.

      Definitely a future proof buy!

Given that next gen machines are coming out later this year, isn’t it best to wait if possible? I get the impression it’s best to wait and see where we get anchored for the next generation of games.

dont know about Ryzen at all these days, when i started building my own pc’s late years i had one crappy AMD build and now iร‚ยดm only trust worthing on intel ๐Ÿ˜€

My intel i5-8600k 3,6Ghz overclock by motherboard to 4,7Ghz nicely and with watercooler it’s under 70c even hard gaming.
now i need to upgrade my 2133 Rams to something like 3200-3666ghz

Got an i7-7700k, delidded and watercooled, never goes above 42ร‚ยฐ, lol.

I’d get a Ryzen any day nowadays, it’s much more value for the money…

Unless you want to save on your energy bill (intel functions as a heater nowadays) you should go down the AMD road ๐Ÿ˜‰

My last build I got to the “other side”… So I bought a Ryzen 7 3800X.

It’s cheeper than a Intel, and it was better.
