Best Indie Game is an award given for a game that showed innovation in its genre. With high attention to detail, game design and community involvement.
For us at NationFusion, Indie games are so important to a year of gaming. They wow and surprise us and Rising Storm 2 Vietnam took the cake for me. With a variety of weapons, maps, modes and free DLC Rising Storm 2 Vietnam really showed us that a budget shooter (at 24.99) can be just as much just as a 59.99 title. The sound design stood atop, with is booming arty and frightening crack of rifle fire RS2 Vietnam earned its spot as our BEST Indie Game Of the Year! Congrats to the team and we look forward to seeing what’s next!
