      Hi Brett, usually we require proof to handle a report regarding voicechat because we don’t have logs. However, considering his behavior in the past that I CAN see, I have enough reason to remove him from our servers. Thanks for your report.

      Hello Alireza. Yes, we have access to the logs and judging by those logs the cooldown time is appropriate. You were not the only one who got banned for the toxic behavior in the chat. Your actions, comments and such are not without consequence. You were banned for two days which means that it will be lifted tomorrow at 10:34 PM (GMT).
