To add some context to your ban: You were banned on the 28th of August 2022 after killing 15 friendlies over the span of 16 minutes on one of our Hell Let Loose servers.

 

Due to it being your first ban and that it has been almost a year and a half since it happened, I will unban you.

Just be aware that any further bans may result in a permanent ban without the option to appeal.

The matter is not always just about who started the team killing, sometimes is it more about who seemed to keep the team killing going and extending it from a one-to-one encounter to a one-to-many encounter. Based on what I could see at the time (the logs) it seemed like a guy killed you once, and then you started killing him and multiple other people, which you got auto-kicked for, after which I issued the ban.

 

As you mentioned yourself, the proper way to handle team killers is not to kill them back, but rather to report it to an admin through our Discord, or you can tell any PBS member you see ingame to call an admin for you.

 

I will remove your ban, as you seem to have learned from this experience.

I just happened to see your three team kills on the commander when I was spectating to figure out what was going on. Based on what I can see, the commander did misbehave, and as such I can understand your frustration and desire to do something about it, which unfortunately usually results in team killing.

That said, the proper way to handle it is not to team kill, but rather report it to an admin, so an admin can handle it instead.

 

Your ban has been removed. Have a nice stay on our servers.
