Vietnam Binh Dinh Province 1967- Sometimes we humped light sling out our rucks in the morning and sling them back late afternoon covering more ground during the day. Grunt RTO’s never humped light we would always have the radio minus the ruck sack so we were humping lighter I guess. I carried the PRC-25 for 9 1/12 months for 4 different lieutenants. 1 was KIA 1 was WIA the other 2 rotated home I feel blessed that I made it home from my tour.
