CTB has been delayed:

Hello everyone,

Due to unexpected difficulties, we have found that we need to delay the Community Test Branch 1.3 build until next week.  This will allow us to get the CTB build into a more testable experience and allow for better feedback.  Stay tuned for an announcement early to mid next week for the CTB changelog and new test dates.
