Since the last thread was closed, I am starting this one. I think it prudent to have a civilised conversation about all of this (and not trollish three-word responses), don’t you think as well?

Anyways, it was said that my first ban was applied mistakenly. Therefore, does that nullify it? As for the current one, what was I exactly banned for?

I am aware of the thread created by Vasilevz, in which he (or she, not going to assume genders!) posted a screenshot of me referring to Russian as somewhere along the lines (to paraphrase quite loosely) as a ‘mongol rubbish language.’ Is that why I was banned? Because, if so, I think that a bit harsh, is it not?

For whatever I may have said, I consider myself to now be a changed person with regards to behaviour on your servers, and therefore will not insult Americans, Russians, Jews, or Muslims anymore. As a token of my gratitude in the event you unban me, I am quite eager to donate a not nontrivial amount of money to your clan. I would consider this carefully, to be frank.

I just read your chat log. You had a 40min political rant in the chat where you for example call Jews rabid penis cutter freaks and they have to ‘GTFO’. We are not 4Chan. And no you can’t buy your way back in, that’s just pathetic.

 

So imo you can GTFO yourself and take your alt right propaganda elsewhere. Plenty of servers around.

Whilst it is an opinion that Jews may be ‘freaks,’ I would say my saying of them being ‘rabid penis cutters’ is a statement of fact. Are you suggesting that they do not, in fact, cut penises?

And no, there really are not that many populated EU servers around (especially campaign ones). Therefore, I am asking for forgiveness.

If you want me to say I am sorry, I am. I wish I did not say those things but alas sometimes I get ahead of myself.

And how is what I said ‘alt right?’ It is usually the alt-right types of people that defend Jewish interests as opposed to criticising them (and Israel and the US, where ~95% of the world’s Jewish population lives, are both very right-wing countries).

Why?

I said I was sorry. Isn’t admitting one is wrong and vowing not to do it again a better solution as opposed to leaving an unhappy party? If I am unbanned, if I am not serious when I say I will not cause any further trouble, I will very likely get banned again very quickly, and this time I know there are certain people watching. Besides the one person of Vasilevz, I do not believe anyone else has complained about me.

 

I can liken this situation in several ways to that of a prison sentence. In certain countries, prisoners are subject to brutalising, dehumanising treatment that does not serve to rehabilitate them in any way, but rather make them angrier and even more vicious. However, in other countries, prisons do serve as rehabilitation centres, where criminals are treated fairly and in due time are released, with the expectation they will be productive members of society. You can ban me permanently, but that will not necessarily solve anything. Or, you can give me a second chance knowing I will act better in the future. And if I do not, you can get rid of me again but throw away the keys this time. I think the latter is a much wiser path.
