Explanation to what happened: my friend was banned from pbs server on August 10th for cheating. Since his english is not very good so I appealed for him. I’ve uploaded a video of his live stream from pbs#3 to YouTube for viewing (the match before he was banned). Here is the link:  https://youtu.be/hljto6NFTls

Additional Information:  He is a streamer and already has 2000+hrs gameplay, just a HLL player with extensive fps gaming experience, not a cheater. We’d be grateful if his ban could be lifted.

Additional Information: he is a streamer and already has 2000+hrs gameplay, just a HLL player with extensive fps gaming experience. If you know about HCA, you’ll know that there is a Climbers (CU) team, he is one of the members of CU and participates in HCA community tournaments many times, so he would never cheat. In short, we’d be grateful if his ban could be lifted.

Thanx for reaching out and your additional information. We have to deal on a daily basis with players using ESP to be better than they are in fact. But to differentiate between a player using artificial ESP and a player who is advanced is sometimes a hard job. I admit this was a misjudgment and after you addressed this in our Discord I immediately unbanned him and wrote you a DM. Kindest regards, Real01

Hello FEI, I can see that your frinends BAN has already been lifted same day he got banned. I can also see that he played on our servers on 11th, 12th august and even today.
