  Bought meself a new rig this past August and i bought a Corsair K55 keyboard with a corsair gaming mouse with it (foto)
  
  now the thing is i have been using Razer keyboard and mouse for the last 5-8 years and i never had any issues with em or the razor tool in a Windows 7 setting, (new rig is W10Â 🙁 ) and so i was surprised when i first started to use the K55 keyboard and mouse that the corsair tool would only occasionally not recognize my keyboard (while remaining functional) and would constantly mess up my colors scheme even though i configured em directly.
  
  Then last week, only one month after starting to use my MMB broke…
  
  so i just wanted to share my disappointment with this Corsair brand and see if other people had issues with it as well?
  
  in the mean time gonna hook up the old razor keyboard and mouse so i can use the MMB again (face stabbing button) with normal functionality.

  I have tge same issue with logitech gear…
  
  Basicly i like some freedom and use the g13 wich wi comfortable for my left hand.
  
  I bought later a g910 keyboard and yes the software goes crazy sometimes.
  
  I jave a feeling these companies want you to buy all their latest stuff…

  I personally have had a bad experience with Corsair – I bought a hydrocooler which should really last 6 years minimum last little under a year, before the pump pipes started to crack and leak! Through that and them not refunding it, I decided to never buy from them again. I’m not too fussed about lighting either (although it comes as standard with most gaming brands now) and that seems to be Corsairs main focus – the RGB.
  
  One company I would stay well away from is Razer. Any brand that calls themselves a cult is definitely more focused on the image than the product. After having a Razer Naga, the literal day after the Warranty ran out, the laser would keep intermittently turning off and on.
  
  I now tend to stick to NZXT, Logitech & Steelseries – I guess I should try and unify my brand choice as I do have 3 bits of software to control four pieces of hardware (NZXT hydrocooler, Logitech mouse, Steelseries headset & keyboard) but I find that certain brands are more suited to me for certain things.
