I have been banned form all PBS servers for I would say at least four months. I do not know why, besides that it was for ‘racism.’ I believe the ban was through some sort of script, since I do not seem to be IP banned. I can technically still enter PBS servers, but am kicked around 10-15 seconds later.

Whatever examples of ‘racism’ I may have wrote in chat, I do apologise. I realise now I have severely limited my choice of servers by things I may have said. However, at the same time, I was under the impression that your RS2 servers were mostly unmoderated and never received any sort of warning. I simply was removed from the server I was playing on and have not been able to since. It was several months ago and the details of that evening are unfortunately lost to memory (at least in my case). In my defence, I was aware that your RS2 servers were often frequented by ‘toxic’ players, and therefor I did not make much of an effort to conceal what I wrote in chat (although this depended on many factors). I did not always get involved in the chat, and never was the first to initiate ‘toxicity’ (although I admit to contributing to it at times). Since I never received any sort of warning, I was very much of the opinion that the behaviour that perhaps incurred my ban was ‘acceptable’ per your rules.

I would very much appreciate a quick (and intelligent) response. If my ban is reversed, I will from thereon behave myself and not become involved in chat (no matter how tempting it might be).

I was apparently banned again for ‘racism’ and ‘political discussions.’ In my defence, I was provoked by a Russian player who also appears to have snitched on me here.

This player in particular was being an arrogant prick. I do not like Russians very much, I will be honest. However, he called me a ‘Nazi’ and was using degrading language pertaining to German-speaking people and Europeans in general. I do not take well to a Russian of all people talking shit about Germans (they should take a look at themselves before being the judge).

I therefore ask that you reconsider why I was banned. I was provoked into saying what I did in chat. To be honest, your servers all tend to have problems with non-EU players coming on it en masse and encouraging toxic behaviour. Americans and Russians tend to frequent your servers around evening CEST and are very poorly behaved (both communities are very toxic in comparison to the EU playerbase).

If my opinion is requested i shall push for a perm ban on all our servers as i found you a toxic racist..If you are not banned and you are playing on any PBS server i am on, i will be watching your chat and recording it like a hawk. By your attitude i know you will enjoy this, but if you step out of line i will be screenshotting it and reporting you instantly.

I’m not really the problem though.

For the most part, I have only ever targeted US players (and in this case, some Russian troll). I’m not ‘toxic’ in the sense that I never start problems. I am always provoked and say stuff back. In this particular case, this Russian troll was insulting the German nation and culture and I was not going to have a Russian (who have butchered millions of innocent people and act proud of it to this day) do that. So yes, I did go out of my way in this case to taunt him. Do you have chat logs that go that far back? I thought I would have taken screenshots indicating his behaviour, but if I did not, can you look at them? He said plenty of nasty stuff himself. Regarding my general behaviour, I typically keep to myself and do not write in chat. I only begin to do so mostly when I have been provoked by someone.

You ignored the part about the non-EU players on PBS servers. They really can be annoying and very toxic and also usually have over 100 ping (which leads to ping increases for the rest of the players on the server).

I didn’t ‘heed’ what you said because I thought your servers were mostly unmoderated (which still appears to be the case). How many players have complained about me? Besides this Russian troll (who clearly wants to cause drama), who has gone out of their way to post here and demand that I get banned? Like I said, you have far greater problems with the non-EU community than with me. Besides things I have said in chat, I am a good player. I have never TK’d anyone deliberately, even if I did not agree with them (this cannot be said about a lot of players). I have been here since the beginning. I participated in the closed beta (and the Rising Storm closed beta) and played R02 before that. I am an experienced player. Regardless of what you may think of me, I think you will agree that veteran players are necessary to attract to your servers. By having me permanently banned, you obviously lose that opportunity. To be honest, there are not that many currently active RS2 players who go as far back as I do.

If anything, people who are used to my presence find me more entertaining than ‘offensive.’ People in 2019 really should lighten up. Remove my ban, and I will do my utmost to not get involved in chat anymore (since I know now that some people have it out for me).

And also, the ban is displayed as a temporary ban (although it was supposed to expire yesterday, I was still booted from the server and the timeline updated to a later date). Can you shed any light on this?

Why can’t I bring up the past? The Jews do it all the time and no one says they cannot (and to tell them they talk about the past too much is considered ‘antisemitic’). Double standards here? I’m not really surprised. There are a lot of double standards in 2019. I’m sorry I was born with the wrong skin colour. Does being white and European automatically make me a ‘bad’ person? I apologise if it does. I cannot help that. Maybe you should work on your English too? Bloody hell, I swear most English monolinguals have yet to master their first and only language. So sad. I’m not exactly surprised you are from the UK.

If you want to play this game, I will too. Up until now I have generated relatively intelligent responses, but that can change. My first ban was apparently a mistake. You want players like me. God knows there aren’t many veteran players left in RS2.

You’ve also ignored all I have said about the toxic, US-faction whoring non-EU players who horde your servers during most evenings. They’re annoying, have high ping, often spam VOIP, and always vote US Army and/or USMC. I am quite vocal about picking AUS or ARVN and I think this is important, since these players spam the US all the time and ignore the other Southern factions.

Besides what I might occasionally have written in chat (which could only offend some basement-dwelling Russian and American trolls anyways), I am an extremely honest and moral player. I always forgive TKs so long as the responsible party apologises (even if I may think the TK was deliberate). Unlike many players, I have an actual sense of dignity. Has anyone really complained about me here? Looking around, all I have seen was that post from two weeks ago by that Russian troll (Vassilyx or whatever his name is). Are you really going to defend some trash from a borderline third-world country who thinks he is so superior? There are a shit tonne of Russian tourists where I live and I have had naught but negative experiences with them. They’re ignorant and think they are so ‘great’ and that the rest of the world wants to be just like them (just like Americans). They are so high on their own shit that they erected a ‘monument’ to Red Army serial rapists in my city! Fuck them! They are one of the most hated nations in the world for some rather legitimate reasons, don’t you think?

The reason why people neglect to bring up history is because they do not know it. That’s why you do not hear the average person talk about events that happened more than five minutes ago. Humans are dumb animals after all and tend to forget things easily. I certainly don’t.
