      Hello,

      I tried connecting to one of your servers as I wanted to play some HLL. It said that I was banned for improper behaviour or gamespoiling. I can’t seem to recall the event, however I don’t dispute it. I would like to receive a second chance with a promise to not spoil the fun for others.
