I invited people to my clan on your Battlebit server, and I got banned for that. I talked to admin on discord. That’s when I learned that it was prohibited. I didn’t even know why I was banned. I apologize for violating the server rules. I will not do it again. I want my ban to be unbanned. Kind regards

As you can see from the chatlogs above, you have advertised at minimum, 25 times. The ban was enforced due to this. Unfortunately I do find it hard to believe that you are unaware that the server had a clan when it is stated on the loading screen, of every new map loaded, when you join the game additionally with the 30 minute interval timer in text chat advertising our own community. Before I am able to make an educated decision, I require some further information and explanation to this and what you hope to achieve from the future, if you’re unbanned.

Unfortunately, I don’t have much evidence to prove myself on this matter. Because I really didn’t know. Turks do not play this game in large numbers and I made an advertisement to gather together to play together. I admit I was wrong here. You can also see that I have been playing on your server for hours. Actually, I had my friends with me. I thought I was banned for cheating. I couldn’t understand what happened. I also want to add something to the battlebit community, so we established a clan for Turks. As you can guess, we don’t know much English. That’s why I can’t steal the players that will come to you even if I wanted to. We are a Turkish clan who meet and play the game together in our spare time. I did this to reach more Turkish friends. If I had known you had a clan or that this type of advertising was prohibited, I wouldn’t have done it. We love this game as much as you and want to contribute to the community.

If you look at our discord. You will see that we are a small Turkish community. Our main goal was not to advertise our clan, but to find friends we could play with. If you believe what I say, I promise not to advertise again.

After consideration, and looking further into your account logs. I have decided to revoke the permanment ban, this means you will be able to return playing on our Community Servers. Please note: Advertising via VOIP or TEXT is recorded and if it is found that you have continued to advertise you will be permanmently banned with no appeal in the future. Myself, and the team at PowerBits Gameteam welcome other communities and clans, but also request respect to not advertise on our servers. Additionally, this is a rule of BattleBit Remastered itself. You are welcome to play with your clan on our Community Servers but keeping advertisement out of it.

 

Finally, I have placed a marker on your account and of the clan and whether any advertisement has been made by yourself, or a clan member then the permanment ban will be issued to that person.
