I was banned a little over 6 months ago more or less for team kill, recently I tried to get into the powerbits servers and I managed to get in but after a few seconds I was banned again if I hadn’t even chosen a team. I would like to be unbanned pls. (but i play from epic)

Hey Jagm2017, and thanks for reaching out.

As another admin has already stated, you had a negative score of more -200. That’s at least 20 unforgiven teamkills, which cannot be mistaken as accidental.

 

Before I’ll even consider touching your ban, I’d like to know a few things:

1. Why do you think we have a set of rules, and admins enforcing them?
2. Why did you think teamkilling was a good idea or even acceptable?
3. Why should we allow you back into the server?

1. I think that in all servers, including yours, there are rules to maintain order and the admins are necessary to monitor compliance with them.
2. I explain: I was with some friends and a person killed me because he wanted my role so we started killing each other and that ended in spawning and other players shot at us and it was spawning and you killed or they killed you.
3. I think they should let me in again, because in the situation in which I was exposed it usually happens quite frequently and I think it’s been a while since it happened.

In the future, if someone teamkills you on purpose, do not retaliate or defend yourself, let it happen and report the individual on discord: http://www.pbsdiscord.com

Since this was your first ban and I see no other rulebreaking in your history on our servers, I will shorten your ban to 24 hours, starting from now. Your ban will now expire October 17, 2022 14:25 (Paris Time).

 

While waiting for it to expire, please familiarize yourself with our rules to avoid bans in the future.

 

As long as you don’t do any of the following, you should be fine:

– No racism, sexism or discrimination of any kind.
– No inappropriate discussion, political or religious discussions or references including names.
– No inappropriate usernames are allowed. IE. Sexual, Racist, Political, Inappropriate/Offensive in nature.
– No disrespect towards PBS, it’s servers or it’s members.
– No disrespectful or offensive abbreviations.
– No mic spamming.
– No trolling.
– Keep both chat and voice chat in English, so everyone can understand.
– No intentional Teamkilling. If you accidentally Teamkill or hurt a team member, apologize immediately.

(This list is not complete, but will give you the general idea)

 

Know that we will keep an extra eye on your behavior in the future, so for your own sake, I’d suggest you follow the rules, since any further bans will not be appealable. Also, roleplaying is never an excuse to avoid a ban!
