Hi I was just banned off your HLL Server #1 I’ve seen the report in the discord that says I killed a recon pair all I did was follow my squad leaders call outs and pings, I don’t understand how that constitutes hacking

Hi Mr S,

I can assure you that we do not ban people lightly, like based on a discord report.

Not even the presence of your very recent VAC ban (29 days ago I think it is?) will affect any decision regarding bans.

Your ban is based on what was recorded during 15 minutes of game-play watching you in admin cam. And in sharp contrast to the common consensus that Admins are blind and retarded, not all of us are.

ESP/wallhacks are not allowed on our servers, so your ban will sadly remain.

Is the footage available to view? if the admin was watching me surely they could see SL markers on the map? if I was hacking my KD would surely be a lot better than it probably was haha, if hacks were actually used why on earth would I be in forums arguing my case? looks like your mind is made up though. thanks anyway for responding.
