Anybody can participate on the training, and get priority in the war if they took part of training.

However the war is limited in how many numbers DC clan can bring in… But we have a workaround for this!

Say they have only 12 and we have 16 , then the first round 4 people are reserve and the next round the reserve can step in because i am sure some people like to give their teammates a go too.
