Battlefield 1’s competitive game mode “Incursions” has been in development for quite some time.
DICE has kept a tight lid on everything, but Red Bull apparently has some exclusive details. Having played Incursions myself, I can tell you it was the most talked-about thing at Gamescom among the Battlefield YouTube and Streaming community. And that’s saying something, since I was very skeptical about a truly competitive mode in Battlefield 1. For this video, I’ll summarize the new details from Red Bull, plus work in some light hands on impressions of Battlefield 1 Incursions. Gameplay will be coming soon, plus detailed explanations of how the game mode works. This video features some footage from my trip to Gamescom and is thus “Sponsored by EA” which paid travel and lodging costs for Gamescom. Opinions here are my own.
