      Yesterday, after Olivier was gone, I finished the first incursion with 3 other guys. 2 I tried to invite as friend and one already accepted.

      I told them about http://www.pbsgameteam.com and I understood that one was an american and the other was a russian… We will see what they will do but it is hard to recruit in this game. Most of the time it comes down to this: why is this guy, who I never met, who I never spoke before, asking me to join a TS somewhere on the otherside of the planet ? Just play and leave me alone….. But if you have a server and you visit that server frequently, you can decide for yourself pretty soon if you want to join that community or not…

      Well i would disagree…people like to play with other guys and teamspeak is allot better then the ingame voip.

      A clan offers a team and thats wat you need in the division also. We form relatonships/friendships.

       I recruited about 8 guys like that.

      The division team should not only exist of the bf4 players , but should expand.

      Best if you wait online till they introduce themselves..be sure to mention they should click on the join button, read and then introduce themselves.
