      non responsive commander on server 3 soviet union his name is negative. can we kick him?

      Just sits in spawn and does arty instead of playing commander.

       

      Game is over but I´ll leave this here just so his name is on record. seemed like a nice dude in the beginning tho. just didn´t switch off commander when he needed to.
