  Pretty new to the game, just joined PBS and have a few questions that keep nagging me, but are not asked in the heat of battle. Some insights from you guys would be great. No such thing as stupid questions :-).
  - Why are we celebrating servers going up in Discord like we just shot a rocket to the moon? Is it difficult, and if so what is? Or is it all about getting to the 100% filled status? And is that what is called seeding a server?
  - Switching sides with the team after a won or lost battle is the standard it seems. I’ve played WW2-Online/Battleground Europe way back, and it was frowned upon to play both sides. I was in an allied squad and never played germans. Or do people switch after battle to stay on the allied or axis team in the next battle?
  - After winning a match with a good squad it’s very frustating to loose the squad and being thrown in with a bunch of rando’s if you’re not SL, or if you are SL to get the previous team to rejoin. How do you guys do this?
  - Some players have a PBS tag ingame, how do you get this, is it coupled with your steam alias? Or is it something that comes with full membership? Can’t seem to find a place to change ingame name.
  - What is the best way to find a squad of PBS players, ask around in all the different Discord channels? The reservechannel seems quiet.
  - Â Do you get VIP-spots on a server in return for a donation to the server-fees? Where can I get more info on this?
  - When playing with non-PBS friends, is it ok to not be on PBS Discord?
  - How does first minute of the battle organization work exactly, never really sure what to do, everybody else always seem to have an idea.
  - Where can I practice things on my own like driving a tank for example? On an empty server? Do I spawn as commander and spawn tanks and then switch roles?
  There’s probably more, answers would be appreciated!

  First thing I did after reading your list was looking into discord but did not see you. Looked into your Steam and saw no tags in front of your name.   We celebrate when the servers fills more than 70% because that means that they are alive. Seeding is when we go there to fill the spots till it goes to that level. When we have all the servers alive the servers then are more popular and then the team becomes more popular.
  
  When a match ends then most of the times an automatic switch of the teams occur. You can change if you want.
  
  The only way to play with the same team is through discord. It has happened to play with the same people 2-3 matches but that’s rare. The SL has to lock the squad and accept the previous guys and before the match end ask or inform them that you are going to play again and if they want to play with you again. But the best way is to join our Discord and find people there to form a squad.
  
  The PBS tag can be put in two ways. First if you change your Steam name (if you want any help with that ask) and second in the settings of the game the second I think from the end on the first column says Clan Tag, you out there the PBS.
  
  P.S for now you can put PBSr, r as recruit
  
  Best way to find squad on discord is by asking in the HLL channel or by looking at the already formed squads that is not full(6players =full). Reserves channel is mostly for the training for those who don’t have a squad yet.
  
  VIP spot is granted to you from the moment you become recruit. The donation is for keeping and supporting this team and the servers.
  
  It is ok not to be in discord but is better to be. When we mean be on discord we don’t mean on a voice channel but have it open and be online.
  
  The first minute of the battle depends on your class and squad you have, an engineer for example best is to find a supply track and go built some nodes, if you are an SL get in a transport truck and go straight to middle point and drop an OP, or wait for your SL to drop one and follow him.
  
  As for the training we do trainings on Monday and Wednesday but you can either find an empty server and do exactly what you said or better if you can the mornings the time we seed the servers join and do the same thing. I am doing it to test everything I want in the mornings when I can.
  
  I hope I helped. It is good to check the tips section here in the forum it will solve you many questions on how to play and what to do. Of you have any other questions or my answers did not cover everything you want just ask as or as Real01 said join the Discord and ask there.

  Actualy when we say be on discord, we mean be on a discord voice channel and its a rule to be so 🙂
