      TRAINING INFORMATION

      Tonight’s training information can be found below. [PBS] run weekly training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 8PM CET. We are looking for members to help us refine our strategy and continue our excellent winning streak in Rising Storm 2 against other competitive clans.

      TONIGHT’S OBJECTIVE:

       

      • This evening we play on STRIKE ON KARKAND
      • More communications and please provide more feedback.
      • Please take notes of good places and post here, we will discuss them at next briefing
      • Balanced teams tonight to work engaging in a stalemate to force squads to think the next best step. All squad leaders to report back on new squad setups and feedback on troops.
      • All troops to also feedback on how well the training went.
      • Everybody help the server get started again after the training pls.

          1. Please don’t mute yourself on Discord.
          2. Please join the Discord channel you’ve been assigned 30 minutes before training starts.
          3. Please arrive as early as you can. It helps with preparation and numbers.
          4. Squad Leaders you will be briefed on roles / responsibilities. Please share with your squad mates.
          5. IMPORTANT: If you do not know what squad you’re in, please join ‘All forces ‘ Discord Channel
          6. Have fun, remain positive! We test ourselves with these training sessions to the max!

       


      Join our Discord at first and jump into the All Forces channel. Once in there an admin will come by to say hello and point you in the right direction.

      Map looks good but needs some improvements. Too much open space some cover would be great. C is really hard to take as attacker.

      Yeah. Either with sandbags or a ton of vegetation.

      My main problem with this map is that the VC can build their tunnels way to close to Charlie point. Other than that some more cover on the streets so they are not so open and than you have a great map.

      Would love to see the map added to rotation even in its current state. With some work I think it could be a really great and competative map.

      In its current state the map is very defender sided (Which is fine, just needs to be a 15 point) however alongside this the VC can place tunnels very close to objectives while hard spawns are very far away. When VC defend the map becomes a bit too hard and could use some rebalance.

      Moving the spawns closer towards the objectives for attackers will make the game less frustrating but also make it easier, allowing the attacking team to keep up the pressure. Often if an attack fails, this causes the U.S have to retake the approach all over again.

      Adding more cover on the streets will also help, there are a number of places that offer way too much line of sight.

      Adding more time for the game as well will also help, an increase of about 6-8 mins would probably work. Even though on both attempts the attacking team failed to take C, if they had suceeded neither would have had enough time to take the remaining ones.

      Overall one of the more enjoyable maps I’ve played in a long time
