      Speed up the process of getting a garrison down and moving on by doing this

      • Move to the point you want to place a garrison
      • Have your support place supplies
      • When he has nearly finished placing, place your outpost down
      • Support redeploy straight away
      • Now place the garrison
      • Have your support guy call out when he is about 4-5secs from spawning on the outpost, at this point start taking up the outpost.

      Placing the outpost at the point the support has nearly finished placing supplies, means by the time he has hit redeploy and the 10 second death delay has ended, the outpost timer should be very short for him to spawn again. You can then both move off to the next point together, pretty fast.

      This can be very handy at the start of the game when setting up the beginning garrisons, but also useful in general.

      Thanks for the tip! When the outpost is placed right in time, it can really lower the respawn time for the support!

       

      Another point related to this topic:

      Has anyone tried a fast garrison by utilizing the recon vehicles yet? I mean, they would offer the seats for an officer and support, so at least at the beginning of the match this could – in theory – be very valueable.

      what a great idea, if you can instantly spawn a recon vehicle that could be a game changer.

      Looking back at it, I think the problem with this strategy might be the spawn-in cooldown time for the recon vehicle. Afaik its something like 1 minute on a fresh start?

      Yes, there is a delay but I’m not sure how long it is.

      Suggest for SL:

      Shoot Support guy in the head after he drops supplies. You cut his respawn time in half. 😉
