Had an idea…and it’s making my head hurt, so I’ll spit it out…
for those of us that are new, or relatively new to the game, be quite cool to offer training for SL and Command – on a rotational basis,
so those interested get a taster for the roles. Don’t know if this has been tried before, so is a stab in the dark, be interested to hear
the opinions of others on this 🙂

the idea of commander and SL is to have the most experienced people on this to lead the people…

Totally get that, buuuuut I’m looking at it from the perspective of how do you get the confidence and experience without trying out an idea?

We’ve all seen crappy Commanders and SL’s  and there’s probably a plethora of reasons why their lead skills are lacking, so I guess it’s more about avoiding the pitfalls by learning from experienced players.

Bear in mind this is just a suggestion  to improve upon gameplay and team cohesion and something I’ve seen done in the past, so thought would raise the question….always worth putting out there 🙂

      good idea 😎

…generally: a training is good for attracting new players

…i am with you, first you need to get the confidence and experience via training and practise

… for command: also it would help to pin down the cool down time of the different weapons

…i would also like to learn more from our people with high k/d-ratios or people with good knowledge of the maps

      Thanks Reacher.
I’ve always balked at the response “Git Gud” when asking for insights, because not only do we all learn at different rates, but some of us respond better to demonstrations, tuorials etc. Just the way we are all wired (in so many different ways), that said excercises that have been mentioned can only prove benficial for a team outcome, when you have the more experienced teaching the inexperienced…win win imho.
