well well, got it working again…. if someone interested in the solution. It seems configurations or related files are corrupted… files in C…Documents\My Games\Rising Storm 2\ROGame\Config ..
So why is it still corrupt after reinstall the game and reinstall the steam client ? Well it seems those files are synchronised to the cloud using the settings in de rising storm 2 SDK / editor. i switched synchronise off, uninstalled SDK, remove rogame/config map completely. then ran check files integrity. so config files are downloaded again with default config files.. and see it works…suggestion : add a button somewhere in the steam settings to reset all configs to defaults , then people don’t have to search for this problem and have to take all those steps manually..
so now back to set keybindings and settings to mine… smiley
