      Now I’m sure those PBS members who play Rising Storm 2 will know that PBS has recently banned a player that goes by the name “Ajskold”. The reason stated, “hacking”. This is for the second time as well.

      The RS2 community doesn’t like this. Because much of the dedicated community knows Ajskold. They’ve known him for up to 6 years from the previous game RO2.

       

      This is set to spiral out of control and end up bad for everyone involved. It doesn’t end there I’m afraid. Seems the leader of PBS doesn’t want to talk about it at all. Which is only making things worse.

       

      This needs to be talked about. The reputation of powerbits will be a casualty if this isn’t talked through.

       

      Now I also have to apologise. On a discord server I share with Powerbits-Frank I did call him a dipshit. I was angry and quite frankly I didn’t think before I acted.

       

      I’ve been pointed towards this website to talk about it. So here I am willing to talk about. Why am I here you ask. Over the past few years in the RO community I have become rather influential in terms of my relationship with various server communities, modding and in general getting involved in previous community disputes in trying to help solve them. So people know who I am and I can smooth things over with everyone.

       

      At at the end of the day I want the ENTIRE community to be happy. I don’t have loyalties with any particular server community. My loyalties lie with the entire community.

       

      We all just want to play the game. But when you run a server you do have responsibilities. Whether you like it or not. When people feel you have violated your position they will make a lot of noise. You can’t stop that. Ignoring the problem only makes it worse in cases like these. Already there are players calling for developer intervention. If you didn’t know Ajskold has been pivotal in the development of this game with his well written suggestions and big hunting. Along with being extremely helpful with custom map feedback. Something he now can’t do because you banned him off your server which runs custom maps.

       

      At the end of the day we all want the exact same thing. Everyone to be happy and everyone enjoying the game. But this situation complicates that. I’ll do all I can to help get this resolved as cleanly as possible from here on out. I only ask you to be as civil as you have already shown you can be. Trust me when I say talking this over is far better than  staying quiet. And I really do want to hear your side of the story.

      The attitude and honor that a member has must extend beyond the game itself. Our members are expected to refrain from using harsh profanity and abusive language.. It is unprofessional conduct, demonstrating a tendency towards improper emotional outbursts, and is incompatible with our principles.

      Members are not to engage in any questionable behavior. Lying, cheating, rumor-spreading, contempt for fellow members, scandalizing, juvenile behavior, and harmful conduct bring shame not only onto the guilty person, but also onto the entire clan.

      Having said this , i find your childish insults and attacks on our discord and on the custom mappers discord degrading and sickening!

      You hereby also drag the name of your buddy down the drain!

      You say my reputation is on stake? I fear yours and Ajskold is at stake! Our server is literally the best server in the world, ranked nr 1! We have had more then 150000 different visitors and we have a great mapsystem!

      But its also our duty to pull out players that destabilise the server and we suspect of cheating, in fact its our god given right! We own the server not you!  And if Ajskold is banned, well he must get another server to play in or make his own server (i doubt people will stay after 150 kills)

      Dont threaten me or my clan anymore or i will press charges.. Instead accept it and lets not make RS2 a game where people insult each other..this game deserves better!

      First of all we have no responsability to you or your player. I rent the server , we manage the server.  Many PBS players have complaints against him.  Ajskold was banned for cheating and you have to deal with it.

      Or is he above the law? Does no admin have a right to ban him ?  Is there no other server?

      You insulted me on first line when you entered our discord and on the RS2 modifications discord.For me that is childish en beneath moral values.

      And i dont respond well to threats, do wat you want,but maybe spend your time in starting a server, its more productive.

      As said, its our home, our server and we rather have 64 normal players then a cheater who destabilizes the server. For you he is somekind of superstar? For me he is just another player , a little drop in a pan 🙂

      His or your ego does not influence how we manage the server.

      You have threatened me and insulted me, but you seem to crawl back now and then.

      Its our right to manage the server the way we do and many people appreciate it. If you dont, well leave us allone and game somewhere else. I would suggest open a server and many people will follow your so called superstar or more likely not!
