      Hello, I am contacting you because I believe I have been unfairly banned from your servers; consequently, I am currently under a ban. I would like to know if this action originated with you and if you can assist me in any way: I have never used cheats and have always behaved properly. In fact, the servers I have contacted tell me the same thing that I do not appear on their blacklists—yet whenever I try to join a server, a message appears after 10 seconds stating that I have been permanently banned.ID di Steam: 76561199575059092 thank you

      Hi there, our system doesnt show any bans for your steam, could u clearify what game, and what message u get?

      I get a banner on any server you try to enter with the word player is permanently banned after 10 seconds of playing I swear I’m going crazy, on steam I don’t have a banned profile

      Any server, as in our servers, or any server of a game? i have checked any of our banning tools, u are not banned with us, if u are banned game specific, try and contact them, we cant help u there i am afraid
