      Hello,

      I have been banned for trolling, racism, and chat abuse, but I have never even played on your server before. I believe this ban may have been issued by mistake or associated with the wrong account.

      Could you please review the ban and check the evidence behind it? I would appreciate it if you could clarify why I was banned despite never having played on the server.
