Explanation to what happened: my friend was banned from pbs server on August 10th for cheating. Since his english is not very good so I appealed for him. I’ve uploaded a video of his live stream from pbs#3 to YouTube for viewing (the match before he was banned). Here is the link:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hljto6NFTls

Additional Information: he is a streamer and already has 2000+hrs gameplay, just a HLL player with extensive fps gaming experience. If you know about HCA, you’ll know that there is a Climbers (CU) team, he is one of the members of CU and participates in HCA community tournaments many times, so he would never cheat. In short, we’d be grateful if his ban could be lifted.
