I would like to raise a complaint agaisnt whitchever PBS member/admin is responsible for me being kicked out of match and presumably banning me on the 24th/3rd

 

Some of you might recognise me, others might not so i`ll add some personal info.

Im not a PBS member,but i`ve been frequenting PBS Servers for the past years, sometimes on a daily basis.
I have never been accused or reprimanded for my actions on HLL or any other games servers.
I consider my self a veteran and an experienced gamer for more than 29 years.
I own and play on a single account since beta on HLL under the name Dino Simeoni whitch is my real name (Dinos Simeonidis) over 185lvl with every soldier in it above tier7 (part from tankers), playing mostly on the German side.

 

On 24/3 i was in a normal match on a PBS server with lots of veteran players (PBS and KRT) as a recon on US side, and right from the start my side was heavilly overwelmed to the point of a 1-4 and our final base contested.

 

My squad leader and i made the decision to continue playing as a recon squad suppresing enemy arty ignoring that the game might be very short. After arriving on ememy MidHQ and dispatching a couple of artillery men, an enemy pz4 spawned followed by a couple of untagged Ge tankers.
The enemy tank crew got inside and upon first contact (as i was trying to circle around a house) picked me off with a single mg shot. Unlucky me, so i respawned in a cornfield on our op, 250m away from the enemy tank. Immediately after aproaching a hedgerow edge before exiting the cornfield i was hit and killed again by the same tank gunner and a single burst.
My squad leader whitch at that time was over 200 away from me and more than 200m form the tank on the opposite edge of the square sector, was hit and killed, same as me, by a single burst from the same tank gunner.
After that the tank made its way straight to our op and dispatched it.

 

Thinking something is not normal i verified that we had both been killed twice by the same guy allready, 20 minutes in the match, i checked to see the enemy tank duo at lvls 51 and 77 had allready ammased 650+ points.
Having the expierience of a beta veteran player, i came to the conclusion and announced that the enemy tank duo is probably cheating.
At the same time some teamates confirmed a weird pattern and a couple others started defending the enemy player, stating they personaly know him and that he is an overlly-skilled veteran on a lower lvl account with an extreme gaming setup.
I continued making my case while still performing my recon duties without offending anyone or using profane language and at that point a PBS member  informed me that he wil be observing the enemy players from the admin cam.
Needless to say that after that, the enemy tank duos performance dropped to the point of only collecting around 100 points for the following 30 or so minutes of the game and the score had turned to 3-2 on our sides favor.
The PBS member reviewer, informed me that he didnot observe any suspicious behavior of the enemy tank duo, and that i should be more carefull of who and off what i am accusing and calling a ban for.
Though i didnot forcely call for a ban, but accused a player of cheating, i informed the PBS member of steps the cheater, could have taken to cover themselves and to the fact that they could have been informed by friends on our side of being under scritiny, i also stated that i will continue to raise my concerns whenever i see fit and that my experience alone does not merit being ignored as ignorant.
Still performing my duties, allthough now losing to 2-3 and minutes left into the match, I was kicked off the server without justification or a warning.

 

Therefore i call for whitchever PBS member/admin is responcible to justify his actions and explain them to your community.

Thanx for reaching out m8! The Admin involved did not ban you..I did because I reviewed the chat. It is always good to call out issues. Therefore we have in our discord the cheater_misconduct channel. Writing your findings in the timeline can also alert peeps and based on that go low-profile. We as an Admin-team look into it and mostly give feedback to the person who called something out. If we can’t find anything sus we do in regular flag the person(s) called out to review their actions in future. So if we are not able to see sus play you can count on us we take your findings serious. What I did not like was the discussion in the chat. That was for me the reason to ask you to report in. I know for a fact that you know the drill concerning the game and therefore we take your findings (again) serious. Good to have good eyes and ears on our servers. So next time no discussions in chat. Reach out to us in discord and we give a follow up. Your ban is lifted of course. GG HF

Hey Dino, as a person who has played with you a lot I know you are one of the good guys, and I also saw in the chat logs that there was a couple of guys trolling you.

At the same time, sometimes you will run into extremely good players, who don’t need hacks/cheats to know where you will be coming from. I speak of personal experience here, as I am a specialist at dying violently.  :)  So even if it feels off, it might be legit kills sometimes. Please remember to keep it civilized when reporting/complaining to admins, we are only human and we will try to help you if you disconnect your emotions and keep it factual. Report: what, where and when, and we will have a look at it.
