Game I was banned on: Hell Let Loose.
Explanation to what happened:

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions that led to my permanent ban from the server (PBS1) due to teamkilling. Upon reflection, I fully understand how disruptive and unfair my behaviour was to both my teammates and the gaming experience as a whole.

I acknowledge that my actions violated the server’s rules and affected the enjoyment of others. I deeply regret letting frustration or impatience get the best of me, and I assure you that this was never my intention. I understand the importance of maintaining a positive and cooperative environment, and I recognize that teamkilling goes against that principle.

I genuinely value the community on this server and the fun it brings, and I am committed to being a more respectful and responsible player moving forward. I am an active player on PBS1 alongside 15 other friends of mine. I, alongside my friends, populate the server daily at 9pm UTC+8 and invoke a fun gaming experience for everyone usually. I am sure you can verify this by looking at your statistics. However, I understand that my actions have consequences, but I ask for your understanding and kindly request a second chance to be bestowed upon me. I am confident that I can prove myself worthy of re-joining the server with the right mindset and respect for the rules set by you.

Thank you for considering my appeal. I appreciate the time and effort you put into maintaining the server and ensuring a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. I look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate my growth and commitment to improving.

We all have our bad days, and I understand that. However, you received a 1-day ban the day before the permanent ban, which should have served as a warning.

Team killing disrupts the game for everyone, especially when done on a large scale.

I will lift the ban for now, but please note that you will be flagged. If this happens again, you will receive a permanent ban without the possibility of appeal.

Hi Sebi,

I don’t understand why I have been banned again. If it was based upon my chat, I need you to know we were all joking around. I was not able to use my VOIP yet hence why I was chatting with my own teammates. The other guys were responding via VOIP and we were all having a laugh. Its either your system detected some words that led to my ban automatically. I am not sure. If needed I am able to have the team mates present and verify this version of my story.

• 20-12-2024: Teamkilling
• 25-12-2024: Chat behavior with racist, religious, and political slurs, such as:

 

“No black gypsies, no we only hate Polska and gypsies”
“Damn Jews”
“Poland will be part of Russia, we will take your land and women, we will take Poland blyat”

You should have learned after the first ban. We removed the second ban because of your appeal. However, it appears you did not learn from past mistakes, and we do not want members with your mindset and attitude to play on our servers.

Because of this, your appeal has been rejected.
