  I’ve helped a few members out with this, I originally found out how to do this via reddit, although I no longer have the link.
  
  All you need to do is find your STEAM LIBRARY folder and:
  
  SteamLibrary > steamapps > common > Hell Let Loose > HLL > Content > Movies DELETE THIS FOLDER
  
  ONLY DELETE THE MOVIES FOLDER. Do not delete any other files or folders aside from the Movies one.

  If you do “fix files/verify files” or whatever its called, the map will comeback. Just delete again. 🙂
