As I said, I can only act based on what I can prove. You can notice that I didnt punish you straight on after you were reported for something that happened in VOIP – I didnt have any evidence. Same goes with your claims about Magiwara, there is no evidence. If you have a recording of the whole situation, it would help, it could even change my view of the whole situation.

But as I can only act based on evidence, I solved what I have seen in chat. And the situation in chat tells me that it was you who caused and heated the whole situation. Because most of it happened in VOIP, I only sent you a warning, I didnt want to punish anyone. But even after that you continued with mocking that guy, making fun of him, so I decided to act. And I ONLY punished you for 1 day, which I really need to emphasize, because its more of a cool down period than a punishment. If I had the VOIP recording that would tell me you really did all that was claimed in the report, it would be much longer penalty.

 

The standards are same for everyone, and in situations like this, I always try to find the cause rather than punishing everyone involved as I believe in more of a benevolent approach. And as I said, I identified the cause based on what I could see and only sent a warning to cool down the situation at first.

To end this whole debate, I would like to ask you to be more respectful to other players, accept that some of them might be new and others might be just not that good as you would like, and that its all part of the game. Instead of insulting or mocking them try to help them and if they do not want help, just play or hop onto one of our other servers.

Striking back will only lead to heating things up.
